Shampoo Bars
What is a solid shampoo bar?
It is a surfactant-based shampoo bar (as opposed to a soap based one) A solid bar with gentle surfactants that add in (good for the hair) hydrolyzed wheat protein blended with Shea Butter/Capuacu Butter/Cocoa Butter/Mango Butter, B5, Vitamin E oil, detangling conditioning agent ingredients, scented with essential oils, phtalate free fragrance oils and cosmetic grade skin safe colorants compacted and highly concentrated for long lasting.
This lovely shampoo bar will create a rich and luscious lather that seems to last forever in the shower. The final pH of this bar naturally falls somewhere between 4–5.5 which is right where we want it to be. Your hair is left clean, soft, shiny and healthy afterwards.
The surfactants....
The primary surfactant is Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (SCI) - which is an effective and gentle anionic surfactant based fatty acid derived from coconut oil in noodle form and is ecocert approved. In addition to being very gentle it also provides good foaming characteristics, cleansing and adds a soft skin feel that many users prefer. Sodium cocoyl isethionate is also a biodegradable surfactant.
The secondary surfactant is Sodium Coco Sulphate (SCS) a great all natural Coconut derived Surfactant. Sodium Coco Sulfate is a solid high active anionic surfactant in noodle form.
How to use:
Rub the shampoo bar between hands to create a lather or directly onto hair. Massage into the hair and scalp then rinse clean.
How to store:
After each use keep your shampoo bar stored in an area of you shower where the bar is allowed to fully dry between uses to extend the life of the shampoo bar, you will easily get many washes out of your bar depending on how often you use it or the length of your hair.
