If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we’re happy to refund your purchase price if the return complies with our return policy.

Orders placed through Etsy are subject to the return and refund policies listed on the Green Living Soap Etsy shop at the time of purchase. Orders placed through GreenLivingSoap.com are subject to the policy below.

Returns:

Handmade Skin Care & Personal Care Products

At Green Living Soap, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our handmade skin care, hair care, shaving soap, beard care, and other personal care products are intended for personal use, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once they have shipped.

This policy helps ensure every customer receives products that are new, unused, and handled according to our quality standards.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

Returns:

Non-Personal Care Products

We gladly accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

Item must be unused.
Item must be in original packaging.
Item must be in resalable condition.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return resulted from our mistake.

Refunds:

After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

5–7 business days to inspect your return
an additional 7–10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us before returning the product.

Replacement items are subject to inventory availability.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses:

If an order is returned because an incorrect shipping address was provided, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

the wrong item was shipped
the item arrived damaged
the item was defective
