​At Green Living Soap, we work hard to process and ship your order quickly and carefully. Most in-stock orders are processed within 1 business day. Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated based on your order and destination and are displayed at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed throughout the week, excluding U.S. federal holidays and other days when postal services are unavailable.

Orders placed after the day's shipping processing time may be prepared for shipment the following business day.

All orders are subject to payment authorization or confirmation before they are processed and shipped.

United States Shipping

​

Green Living Soap ships throughout the United States.

​

Shipping charges are calculated according to package weight and destination and are displayed at checkout.

​

Qualifying orders shipped within the contiguous United States receive free standard shipping on purchases of $65 or more.

​

Most orders are shipped using USPS. Other shipping services may be used when appropriate.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and begin after the carrier receives your package.

Alaska & Hawaii

​

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Because shipping costs and transit times to these destinations may be higher than within the contiguous United States, separate shipping rates and delivery estimates apply.

P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

​

We may ship eligible orders to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses when supported by the applicable shipping carrier.

International Shipping

International shipping from GreenLivingSoap.com is temporarily unavailable while we review international shipping rates, customs requirements, duties, and import regulations. International shipping availability may change in the future.

International customers may place an order through our Green Living Soap Etsy Shop, where available.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Any applicable charges not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs processing may also cause delivery delays beyond the estimated delivery time.

Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

GreenLivingSoap.com is unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you would like products shipped to different addresses, please place a separate order for each shipping destination.

If a package is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

We carefully package orders to help protect products during shipment. However, damage can occasionally occur in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• A description of the problem

• Photographs of the product

• Photographs of the shipping package and shipping label, when applicable

 

We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Shipping Delays and Carrier Issues

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, actual delivery times are controlled by the carrier.

Weather, peak shipping periods, routing issues, service interruptions, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally cause delays.

If you believe your package has been significantly delayed, misrouted, or lost in transit, please contact us. We will be happy to assist you in working with the carrier to investigate the shipment.
