A signature may be required upon delivery for Overnight and 2nd Day shipments. Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during “Checkout”.

Holidays
Orders are processed & shipped Monday - Saturday, excluding federal holidays in the United States. If your order is placed after the shipping cut-off time, it’ll be processed the following business day. Our distribution centers are closed on the following U.S. holidays and orders won’t be processed on these days:

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days with Standard Shipping.
APO/FPO/DPO addresses are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order’s ship date. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses cannot be shipped by Overnight or 2nd Day Shipping methods.
International Locations

We are not responsible for delays due to customs and duties which the customer will be responsible for paying.
How long should I expect to wait for my order?
Transit times vary based on the shipping option selected at checkout. We do not ship on any holidays. Due to peak season, USPS and UPS may have longer transit times which will be reflected in the shipping options at checkout. If you are shopping for holiday gifts, please note that due to delays orders may not arrive before 12/24. Please email greenlivingsoap@gmail.com for assistance.
What happens if package is damaged?
We package each item carefully to protect it during shipping, however occasionally a shipment may become damaged. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly. In the rare event your items arrive unusable, please contact greenlivingsoap@gmail.com for assistance.
Incorrect addresses & Returned shipments:
If a package gets returned to us because of an incorrect address or no forwarding address the customer will be responsible for paying for the second shipment. An invoice will be issued to the customer via email for the shipping costs.
